We unlock people potential, guide change, and build strong teamwork and leadership. We partner with leaders, founders, and HR to help your organization grow with confidence.

As your external HR partner and (executive) leadership and team coach, we combine strategic insight with hands-on experience. We understand both business and HR realities and quickly find our way in different organizational contexts: from fast-paced multinationals to scale-ups and growing (family) businesses, PE-owned companies and production environments. We bring clarity, momentum and positive energy to complex people and leadership challenges.

We know you don’t always need a full-time senior HR leader, but you do want the right expertise when it matters. That’s why we work flexibly: from delivering a focused assignment to partnering long-term as a fractional HR advisor. We bring senior HR support, exactly when and where it adds most value.

I’m Louise, founder of Lumia HR.
I founded Lumia HR to make senior people, culture and leadership expertise accessible, flexible and impactful for organizations, enabling them to take the next step towards their ambition.

With 15+ years of experience as an HR leader and leadership team coach, I support leaders and teams on people & culture strategy, leadership and change, in a way that is clear, engaged and with the courage to challenge where it matters.

I have led teams myself and worked across a wide range of HR challenges and organizational contexts. This allows me to quickly connect, understand what’s really needed, and bring clarity, momentum and impact. I am a certified (Executive) Coach and accredited in tools such as Hogan Leadership Assessments, Management Drives and Lencioni’s The Five Behaviours®, applying robust insights and proven methods to people and leadership challenges when needed.
