I’m Louise, founder of Lumia HR.
I founded Lumia HR to make senior people, culture and leadership expertise accessible, flexible and impactful for organizations, enabling them to take the next step towards their ambition.
With 15+ years of experience as an HR leader and leadership team coach, I support leaders and teams on people & culture strategy, leadership and change, in a way that is clear, engaged and with the courage to challenge where it matters.
I have led teams myself and worked across a wide range of HR challenges and organizational contexts. This allows me to quickly connect, understand what’s really needed, and bring clarity, momentum and impact. I am a certified (Executive) Coach and accredited in tools such as Hogan Leadership Assessments, Management Drives and Lencioni’s The Five Behaviours®, applying robust insights and proven methods to people and leadership challenges when needed.
